The driver development kits provide a mechanism whereby custom drivers can be added to ClearSCADA to expand the functionality of the product.
The development kit uses the .NET Framework and uses a DLL file for the module, which consists of the data structures and executable code and an EXE file which contains the driver functionality.
After the release of each version of ClearSCADA, the associated Driver Development Kit (DDK) is created to allow support of custom ClearSCADA drivers. The DDK is only available for supported versions of ClearSCADA, and can be accessed via the links below:
