ClearSCADA Server Support Only
The new ViewX Client application included with ClearSCADA 2014 R1.X does not support Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2003 R2 and will not be functional. Only the ClearSCADA Server will be functional when installation is performed on these operating systems.
NOTE 1 - KepServerEX PLC Driver
Please note that the PLC Driver in ClearSCADA (KEPServerEX) is not compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012 operating systems. The driver may not run properly if installed on these operating systems. The KEPServerEX PLC Driver is not included with versions of ClearSCADA after 2013 R2.
NOTE 2 - Server Components - Limited 32-bit OS Support
64-bit OS versions are recommended as 32-bit OS has limited server component support.
Starting in ClearSCADA 2015 R1, ClearSCADA Mobile and new WebX (deployed through IIS) require a 64-bit OS to install the necessary server components.
